3. One written number. Limestone sends a written estimate with one bundled price for the whole job, not a labor estimate plus a separate materials allowance.

4. Scheduled work. The contract includes a start date and a completion date. On jobs that need a permit, Limestone handles the application and inspections.

5. Final walkthrough. Limestone walks the finished job with you before sending the final invoice.
